iPhone 5 won't connect to iTunes for Windows--what now?
I'm expecting a new iPhone 5s tomorrow, and have been trying to back up my iPhone 5 to iTunes so that I can directly restore the contents. However, iTunes won't even recognize my iPhone, or any of my other iDevices, for that matter.
My iPhone is running iOS7.0.3 and my PC has iTunes 11.1.2.32. I have tried various solutions posed elsewhere in these communities, including uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, hard-resetting my phone, stopping and starting Apple Mobilke Device in services, all to no avail.
