Autofill by random album?

I'm beginning to think that it is impossible for iTunes to do what I want it to do.

I want to be able to make a playlist of... say... 20 or so albums picked at random from my iTunes library and be able to Autofill this playlist to my iPod everytime I plug it into my computer. Note that I don't want to Autofill xxGBs of media to my iPod, I want to Autofill an exact number of full albums. Is iTunes not good enough for what I am asking for?

I ask this because the problem I am having is that iTunes is cutting off the playlist half was through the last random album selected because the playlist reached it limit of 300 songs or 8GBs or other kind of available limit. I just wish there was a limit for full albums.
