Q: i bought a new iphone5s and when i tried to back it up from my iphone5 itunes is coming up with "enter the password to unlock your Iphone backup" i dont have cluee what the password is? didnt even know i had made one? ive tried my itunes password?

This means when you backed up your device you clicked encrypt backup... That means you need a password to unlock the backup and restore to it. Call apple support for help if you forgot your password.
