Is there a way to sync bookmark or page position between iBook PDF on our Macs and the same on our iPhones or iPads as it is happening between iOS devices?

I have the same question / issue...
Not to mention the fact that pdf docs sync via iTunes and not iCloud..???
Not to mention that the initial document has to be inserted on the Mac for sync to work.
This is a sorry solution :-(
Is there anything else that allows read / sync of pdf documents (and notations and bookmarks) between Mac and iOS?
I have the same question about bookmarks not syncing between Macbook Pro and iPhone. The collection categories do seem to sync, but not the bookmarks. This makes reading the same book on different devices a real PITA.
