deactivate sleep modus from menu

Hallo

Is their a way to deactivate the Menu sleep modus from the Apple Menu?

I can't find any tool to do this. I know that if the computer is member of an open directory you can handle it over the Workgroup Administrator, but I haven't fins a solution for an standalone mac

Who is able to help me?
