Changing document language
I used to be able to change the language in pages under Text > More > language. After downloading the new pages, this is no longer there, how do I change the language of my document?

Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Show Spelling and Grammar
The new version is supposed to detect language automatically, but how well that works I don't know.
