I installed a new AirPort Extreme. It cannot find two AiirPort Expresses that should be on the network. How do I establish a connection?
First, make sure that you perform a "factory default" reset on each of your AirPort base stations. Next, temporarily connect both AirPort Express base stations to the Extreme during the setup phase. Once completed you can relocate these base stations to the desired locations.

Thanks for the help. It led to a solution, but the process was still messy because I kept losing my internet connection.
I did the steps recommended but when I moved an Express after setting it up, I lost connection with the ramining express that was working.
