Your iTunes library is "local" to the computer where it is stored. So, if your home computer has your iTunes library stored on its drive, that is the only computer that can access that iTunes library (unless your work computer happens to be on the same local network as your home computer).

NOTE: Signing in using your Apple ID allows you to access the iTunes Store to make purchases. You can re-download previous iTunes Store purchases to your work computer at no cost, using the Purchased screen. The link to Purchased is on the iTunes Store Home screen, under QUICK LINKS.

The exception to the above is if you subscribe to Apple's iTunes Match service ($25 per year). iTunes Match matches or uploads the songs in your (primary) iTunes library to iCloud. Then, your iTunes music library is also stored in iCloud, accessible from any supported computer or device over the Internet. So, if you have iTunes Match, you can access your iTunes music library from another computer by signing in with your Apple ID. NOTE: iTunes Match is only for audio music, not other types of media such as movies and TV shows.

The other option is to manually copy your iTunes library to your work computer, so that all the iTunes media files (or the ones you want) are stored locally on your work computer's drive.
