Migrate 10.7 Applications to 10.5

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro (10.7) that has many applications that require license keys on it. I also have a Macbook that runs 10.5 that I want to load the applications onto. The license that I have for the software allows me to run it on multiple computers, but simply copying the software over target disk mode does not work (asks me forlicene key). Is there a way to use Migration Assistant to copy all my aplications onto my older mac?
