Restored my ipod to my new iphone 5c on accident, now everything on my iphone is gone! How can I get it back?

I plugged my new iphone 5c into my computer for the first time today. Then it asked if I would like to restore ipod to iphone, so thinking my old stuff from my ipod touch would merge I clicked yes. Next thing you know my iphone looks exactly like my ipod and deleted everything i had before. I feel horrible right now and i need all of that stuff back! Is there anyway? And no i do not have icloud or any of that, i was just trying to add a couple more songs onto my iphone.
