Mailing photo from iPh, can't change size

I did not choose to upgrade to newer iOS, so currently still have vs 6.1.4

I dont' know why photo options have disappeared, but it seems to have happened recently. Before when I chose a photo and the option to MAIL it, after inputting who I was sending TO and hit SEND, it gave option for small, medium, or large. Now it sends ALL very large. It happens every time, as I tested sending from my iphone to iMac-desktop, and they all come in very large. How can I find any setting (looked in iph settings/mail,contacts,calendars; and in the photo area)so that I can choose what it will appear like when others receive it on a mac desktop MAIL application? (IOW: how to make it show up smaller size).

Ex:

...I know also I can import into iPhoto and SEND MAIL from desktop iPhoto app and choose a size, but I had this optiion in past on my iPhone, but don't see it anymore.😟 😕

First, try resetting your phone: Press the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release.

Wjosten: I tried what you said, but it didn't do anything. As before, there was no size request pop up before sending. I tried sending with cropped pic of text (like above ex), and regular pic of people. No option to change size, and appears on desktop real large.

Hmmm...if a reset didn't help, try deleting your mail account, then setting it up again.

No change after deleting and readding mail account. (Of course I have 4 accounts but tried deleting the one I sent from before and tried that one after re-adding, but no change).

Out of curiosity, do you (or others reading this) have iOS 6 or the new 7? If you have 6, do you see the option to choose size before sending pic on iphone thru MAIL?

FYI, I updated to iOS 7 and then 7.1 and still there is no option to change photo size before mailing. Any other ideas?
