Safari in mavericks FREEZES when I perform two finger left/right gestures. Need to quit and re-open safari. In doing so, I loss all my progress and have to restart any task again. FRUSTRATING! Anyone getting same problem? Please apple, fix this asap.

I am having the same problem on my Retina MacBook Pro 2012..running Mavericks and all apps are up to date. Been on Mavericks since release day with no problems and today it keeps happening. If I use 2 fingers to swipe back to a web page in Safari it freezes everything in Safari. I have to close Safari and then restart it again and all is fine until I accidentally swipe back again. What can I say, I use the feature often.
I am having the same problem on my Retina MacBook Pro 2013 running Mavericks on Safari. Every swipe back. It just started being bad today. I've been using Chrome all today because I can't use Safari with this bug. Anyone know of a fix?

For NVIDIA's CUDA driver to be installed on a MacBook Pro was unexpected. It's not required. Do you have a reason for using it?
If not, uninstall it according to NVIDIA's instructions. If you can't find any, check for an uninstallation option in System Preferences. If you have a need for it, you can always download and install it again.
Don't use third party "cleaners" to uninstall it. That will only make things worse. If you need help finding it, write back.
