When I send picture messages it would delay for 30+ mins or even hours. Is there a reason for this?
My longest picture message from a friend took from 4pm and recieved the picture at 1030pm. Its ridiculous.

Yes It does occur to everyone I sent a picture message to. I sent it to non-iphone users but haven't tested with imessage yet
SMS and MMS are carrier features, contact the carrier.
The extent of troubleshooting that the user can do is Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
