When installing the new Itunes update it freezes on Installing bonjour

Hi All,

When installing the new Itunes update it freezes on Installing bonjour

I am currently running Windows XP, does anyone know how I can get the new update as I have just bought the new Iphone 5s and it is useless until this works.
