Q: itunes has stopped working

When I run iTunes the app loads. It checks the iTunes Store. Then I receive this messag "iTunes has stopped working". I have uninstalled the app and restarted the notebook. Then installed it from the website and get the same error. Please advise.

Itunes, Windows 7, Dell Latitude E6430s
