Ipad Air yellow screen tint on left hand side?

My new 1 (right) is perfect. You can clearly see the difference! Sort it out Apple!

This is my iPad Air 16gb from apple.com and this unit comes from Italy.

How do you guys think about my iPad Air's screen, should I return it and exchange for a new one?

In addition to my post, here are two pictures, on the left side Mini Retina and on the right side 4S :

My Ipad-air (starts with dmpm)

Lower angle. Sadly I cannot return it since I purchased it while travelling to another country!
