iTunes deletes genius data on startup

I'm runnung Itunes 11.1.2 on Windows Vista and syncing with an iPod, iPad, and iPhone. Each time I start iTunes its like it was the first time - agree to the licence agreement, watch the video, but worst of all, it deletes all Genius data and turns off iTunes Match. I then have to login in to the iTunes Store and turm Match and Genius back on and wait while it re-adds the same computer each and every time. With 720 albums and over 9000 songs this can take awhile.

Not an option. Both iTunes and AntiVirus software have been around long enough that they should have learned to play well together by now. This is a relatively new problem with iTunes 11 that I didn't have before. MSE has been on my system since it's original release. I'd be more inclined to uninstall iTunes first if it weren't such a hassle to do so.

Excluding all iTunes directories (in AppData\Local AppData\Roaming and Music) seems to have mostly fixed the problem. Also, iTunes needs to be run only after a reboot. Running it after the system has been up for a few days seems to cause problems. Now if I could only get it to stop truncating file and directory names, losing songs, and duplicating entries, it might actually become usable. I certainly miss having iTLU to clean Apple's mess every once in a while.
