Instagram Photos Not Loading Someone PLEASE Help

After installing and reinstalling Instagram app, when I go in, pics aren't loading properly. When I'm on wifi it doesn't load right and seems to be affecting my internet connection because it's slow when I go back to Facebook and other sites. Is this the hardware device issue? I tried restoring iOS. On my verizon signal, it's very weak. Could that be causing it since it's 1 bar (even I'm on wifi). Verizon told me I should taking out my SIM card and put it back in to fix the signal issue. I'm not sure why Instagram pics not loading right. Any ideas??
