My apple TV only shows my music. I do not know how to get back to the main screen that has all the icons, including Netflix, MLB, Movies, Music, etc. It has worked before. Now the only screen I can get to show is 1) Computer and 2) Settings. How do you get the movies and Netflix to appear??

It is connected to the network via an ethernet I believe. My other TV has Apple TV and it is working. The menu is working there has has netflix, appletv movies, youtube, etc. The computer with the issue is only showing this screen. (photo below).
Thanks for replying. Menu didn't work. The only screen that I can show is "Home Sharing". Computers or Settings. I keep hitting the "back" button the remote but it doesn't go back to another screen.
The main menu with all the option have been available the last 90 days when our audio guy hooked it up. We haven't touched any of the cords but now it isn't working. I went into the setting to "reset" after reading some troubleshooting. Now I can't get the menu options back except the "computer" option with has my music. I've turned everything off and back on mutliple times to no avail.
Computers do not show that screen.
The ATV is unlikely to be connected to the network. Look at the back of it, is there an Ethernet cable plugged in? If there is, trace the cable and ensure it is connected to a hub, switch, or wall jack.
If the ATV is connected via Wi-Fi, go into Settings and enter the correct credentials.
I think everything is setup correctly. I realized the software is not updated. I tried to update it and received this message "The Update was not successful". The Apple TV update couldn't be downloaded at this time. Try again later. For the other TV, I updated it last week so maybe that is why it is working.
I just tried entering my husband's apple ID. It seems as though the device isn't connecting to the internet. "apple TV can't connect to the server at this time". Thanks for all your help. We'll have to figure out what is wrong with the internet connection on this TV. Thanks.
Press the menu button.
Power cycle the ATV.
Also, not all features are available in all regions so Netflix and others may not be available where you are.
How is the device connected to the network, Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
A network connection is required for the ATV to function.
If connected via Wi-Fi, ensure that the login credentials are correct.
