I recently got an iphone 5s and restored it from my iphone 4, and randomly today when I clicked on an emoji on any app the app would crash. I've tried a hard restart, redownloading the app and everything. I want to be able to use emojis, help!

JUST FIGURED OUT THE FIX by searching through other articles!!!! I had this problem for months and tried reseting/everything but this is the only thing that fixed it.
Go to settings > General > reset > CLICK "Reset Keyboard Dictionary"
Been looking for ages and thankfully found your feed... Worked within seconds! Cheers

Resetting the keyboard dictionary work for me as well on a 5S iphone.

YYay this worked for me! It's been a constant headache after typing multiple paragraph texts or notes and then accidentally hitting the emoji button and having my app crash and lose ALL THE INFORMATION! This is great! Thanks!
