How to adjust MIDI keyboard sensitivity in GB10?

In the prior version there was a slider for "keyboard sensitivity" under prefrences>audio and MIDI. I'm using the new version today and even with the "volume" turned all the way up on my MIDI keyboard I'm having to really push the keys to get it to register a note. My pinky strenth is just not that good!

Anyone else have this problem using an external midi controler? Know where the settings for this are?
