Q: 10bit-MacBooster

I use this software on my pc and I am keen to try it on my imac. Has anybody had any experience of this software?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Using i movie 6HD and Final Cut Ex.

There is a lot of software that came with the computer that I don't use; would I benefit from uninstalling everything I don't need?

No. If you're not using something, it's code only takes up disk space, but doesn't affect performance.
