deleting data old iPad restoring to new one.

I am selling my current iPad and getting a iPad Air. How do I delete from the old one and restore to the new one?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.3

SEttings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings

In my opinion, if you really want to resore the old iPad to a new one, you may take a iOS data eraser into account. As we all known, the deletion on iPad handset can't delete the data from iPad completely. Using the tool is also easily for us, I erase my iPad mini data off last month.
