Forgot security questions - No Rescue Email

I forgot my security question and I do not have a rescue email which means that i do not have the option of changing them.

My country (Lebanon) is not listed on Apple Support.
I've tried everything,I could'nt find any solutions.

Please Help, I need to download an application as soon as possible from the Appstore and I can not do that unless I answer the Security Questions.
