I have unexpected cancellation of scan lexmark X7170

The problem is important for me i don't want change (buy) the (new) printer. When I try run the sannner immediatly canceled automaticaly this scanning procces I try diferent drivers but nothing helping me. If somebody resolv this problem please help me too. I will be aprisiated.
