Q: Cannot print to Hp Laserjet P1102 after Mavericks update

Is the 1102 supported on Mavericks?

I don't see the 1102 specifically, but the P1100 is there. Maybe use those drivers.

Have you tried updating the drivers? Deleting and re-adding the printer if it is supported.

Sorry, I don't see that one either.

Maybe contact Epson to see if they plan to support it?

Can't find hp 1100 series fo 10.9.

I could not print to my HP Deskjet printer after upgrading to Mavericks.

I started off by looking at the Apple article on trouble shooting printer problems. Then tried to re-add my printer as suggested, selecting the nearest HP printer driver rather than using the default Generic PCL Printer option.

This seemed to work and I am now printing again.

I don't know whether this will work for other printers, but is obviously worth trying.

How to solve?
