iphone frozen
I was updating the software on my iPhone 5 to the new iOs7 and iTunes stopped working in the middle of the update
now my phone is frozen and I can't do anything with it. Can't turn it off or anything.
iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
Try a reset. Hold sleep and home button simultaneously until the apple logo appears. Release buttons and let phone reset.
