XPCD spams in my logs

Greetings,

Following my upgrade to Mavericks:

I am being spam in my logs by ==>

"02/11/2013 23:22:34.448 xpcd[917]: Info.plist does not contain an XPCService dictionary: /System/Library/Frameworks/Security.framework/XPCServices/SecurityAgent.xpc" (about 5G of logs just on that per day)

I have strolled the internet and could not find anything that would tell me how to stop this error spamming me.

Any help is of course much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

zongo

I have been having same problem. It is quite annoying

Furthermore, probably related. Security services just doesn't remember which applications I already authorized. I could open an app and get the popup that says "downloaded from internet, authorize?" and click yes. For rest of that boot it remembers. Next time I reboot, the whole dictionary containing allowed apps is wiped and it's like a fresh install all over again.

All basic things like permissions and caches have been tried.

I am drawing a blank here sorry about that.

My advise, though, would be first to try to clean all your cache. System and User.

You can do it manually or use a soft like "Onyx"

Just wanted to add that you could as well work on your keychain.

I am referring to that error :"assertion failed: 13A603: xpcproxy + 3438 [EE7817B0-1FA1-3603-B88A-BD5E595DA86F]: 0x2" in your logs.

This is how you should reset your keychain "http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1544"

Let me know if that helped.

That's what console looks like even having keychain access open.

You seem to have a lot of issue with Apple certificate.

You are getting spammed with "secd" which is a security process.

Go in the keychain access and have a look at certificates and keys. Set them to "best attempt"

You might see some certificates or keys being duplicate. Clean those. You should be able to redownload automatically after if you have delete a certificate.

Let me know how it goes.

PS: here is a link with a discussion on the same issue as you

Oh I fixed most of that. i pretty much nuked it all and reset it to defaults. Only one error left now with keychains

11/15/13 3:15:44.981 AM secd[203]: s3dl_query_row decode inet,rowid=6 failed (-26275): The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -26275 - ks_crypt: e00002bc failed to unwrap item (class 6, bag: -3) Item can't be decrypted on this device, ever, so drop the item.)

For life of me i can't figure out which one it is considering i deleted all of them and rebuilt it from scratch. so it doesn't make a lick of sense.

Minor issue there though since it only happens when keychain access is open. Really i just want to solve the xpcservices issue and figure out how you did.

XPCD spams in my logs
