Both I and my girlfriend have been having issues all day with sending iMessages and texts. Message says "Not Delivered" is anyone else having this issue. It's not the area. I'm in Oklahoma and she's in Ohio today.

Yes, I've tried rebooting and making sure all my settings are correct. I can send as SMS and about 20-30 minutes later she'll receive it. Also, I've just noticed I can see some of her texts on my iPad but some are not showing up and the same for her. She's not getting all of mine.
I have the same problem with my messages being delivered but iMessage states a delivery failure. It started last Thursday. I have tried all the suggested trouble shooting steps but nothing fixes this issue.
I finally fixed mine today by process of elimination. Go to settings and turn iMessage off. Reboot your phone and turn iMessage back on. You will need to login again and mine started working correctly in about 5 minutes after logging back in.
