The new update for os X doesnt want to download because it said i have to switch to the US store before i buy it, which i already did. What do i do now?

Dunno. Try using your Apple ID and password to log in, then to the App Store, Mavericks should be under Apps and it should be free. I don't know where you're located, but you might have to wait a little bit until Mavericks is okayed for release in your particular country, and of course if Apple's servers aren't too busy....
