iPhone 5S text tones and App push notification Sounds Are Low PLEASE help!!!

This my replacement phone and sounds are low for example kik messenger, Facebook push notifications.. I already did iOS restore yesterday to fix other stuff but now I'm having this issue!! Is this hardware device issue or software?? What should I do,? I REALLY regret this!! I should have kept the previous iPhone 5S!!!
