iPhone Blue Vertical Stripes

I have a iPhone 4 GSM 32GB and yesterday i was restoring to iOS 7 as a new iPhone and while i was syncing my apps like WhatsaApp i was dragging WhatsApp to my first page on the screen to put it in with message folder.At once i got blue verticle strips on the screen and it was getting darker and daker.I just locked the screen waiting till all the apps synced and finished and restared it but not it has more verticle blue stripes and i cant even see anything but the phone works completely fine. I have an called Tongbu where i can sync my iPhone screen to my desktop screen. Everything works but i just cant see anything on the iPhone screen but blue verticle stripes.i will be sending my iPhone to get it fixed by tomorrow.Is there anyway i can resolve this??? i did the hard reset and soft reset, i restored my iphone from itunes but nothing...... 😟 plzz help me!!!!!!!!!! 😮
