pages connects with icloud but numbers don't. I open with PC and docs are there. what's happening?

I have my new ipad air and I am trying to connect to old files in icloud. Pages connects perfectly but numbers and keynote do not.nd its worsts than this when I disconnect icloud numbers works but when I reconnect it it spot working at all.

why? what can I try?
