I accidentally deleted Safari off my Mac, how can I get it back? Then my other question is if I get Safari back can I have not have an omnibox!
Is there any way of getting Safari back without wiping my machine? I looked on the Apple website but fund no Safari for Mac download.

You would have to reinstall 10.9 to get Safari version 7. No need to wipe your machine.

Just copy Safari from the installer 10.9 (Safari 7.0 build 9537.71 same as original) to Application folder that's all.
Safari.app is inside OSX Base System.dmg under /Applications folder
It is not possible to delete Safari through normal means.
Whatever "cleaning" app you used to delete it should never be used. It may have caused additional problems that you will need to address. If you know the name of that app write back for additional instructions.
If you don't know, write back anyway and we'll help you get rid of it.
