My text tones/ringers do not work(sound) nor does my lock screen sound. Yet,my voice calls ringer works great with no problems whatsoever. Can someone please assist me on what I should do or try.

My text ringers and lock screen sounds do not sound out but my voice calls ringers do work with no problems

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I would double check the varios sound settings for your iPhone and maybe toggle them on or off to see if that helps:
