Battery Life in a refurbished iPod Touch?

Hi guys,

I am looking into buying an iPod Touch 64GB and was thinking about saving some money if I go for the refurbished one.The only thing that worries me is the battery life since they are not user-replaceable once they die out.I know these ipods are used but it would be OK with me if the battery is new.

Do Apple use a new battery for every refurbished ipod?Do you think it would be risky to buy one?Should I go for a new one?

Also are there any major differences between the two apart from the battery? What about the warranty?

Sorry for the lengthy text,I've got many questions 🙂

Many thanks in advance

I would go with a refurbished one. I have pruchased an Apple refurbished Apple TV amd Mac Mini and had no problems.
