Hi, I'm tying to choose A3 as my paper size in numbers. Does anyone know how to do this? I just get my spreadsheet split up over 4 A4 pages, but actually made the the spreadsheet with the idea of having it A3. Thanks, Tim.
If you're using Number 3.0 and, as Barry describes, select a printer that supports A3 you should see something like this in Print Preview:
If your document isn't spreading out across the A3 pages the way you want, you can try moving the slider at the bottom to make adjustments.

Hi Tim,
Supported paper sizes are defined in the driver software for your printer. If your printer software provides for creating custom sizes, you may be able to define A3 as a custom size.
But your ability to create custom sizes will likely be limited to sizes that can be handled by your selected printer.

Hi, The problem was, that when I updated numbers, the old version stayed on my dock. I started up the newest version, and....no problem. Tim.
This is fine BUT, I use to be able to drag my sheets around to fit on the pages but now all I can do is scale them which is a nightmare 😟
