Issues with pages on iOS 7.3

Ever since I downloaded new operating system on iOS device(ipad 4) any documents on my cloud (done in old pages on my MacBook Pro) won't open and can not be seen. The point of why I went all apple- was so I could have access to all my documents wirelessly - in synch-

I am running old pages on my laptop so I can retrieve my work- but can't access this on any of my iPads or iPhones -

Anyone heard anything that could help?
