I can not reset the security questions

Hello


I have problem with security questions and I can't reset to my email


The error was exceeded maximum attempts


We apologize, but we unable to verify your account information with the answer you provided to our security questions .

You have made too many attempts to answer these questions so, for security reasons, you will not be able to reset password for the next eight hours

Click here for assistance


I waited more than eight hours. And back to my account but it is the same ( no change ) I can't find forgot

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you aren't getting the link then you don't have one, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset (we are fellow users here on these forums).
