Persistent Kernel Panics on my macbook.

Question

Whenever I close the lid of my MB or let it sit idle the screen goes dark (as it should) and then it becomes unresponsive to anything, there is a light that indicates the MB is still on but because it is unresponsive i have to force a shut down and reboot it. It will start normal, and then brings up the report posted below. There is nothing else abnormal about the function of the MB. If you have any insight into the issue or anything i should try i would appreciate the advice.
