Don't allow cells in a table to span two pages

Hi

I'm using the new 2013 Pages app and I'm working with Tables. I've created a table with 4 columns and 30+ rows. The far left Colum acts as a header and the columns to the right become sub topics. I want to tell Pages to not allow Cells to be split and appear on two pages i.e. part of the cell at the bottom of one page and the oter part at the top of the next page.

I can't for the life of me work it out.

Any ideas?
