iPhone 4 Volume and Side Switch BROKEN and MORE

I have an iPhone 4 (GSM 8GB) and one day, after I updated to iOS 7.0.3, the volume bar and square wil not show up when I press any volume button, and the side switch is broken. After a while I realized that the volume button did not do anything. I restored my iPhone like 5 to 6 times, as new iPhone, and it still does not work! The speaker works for anything else but the rocker is bad.

Does anybody know a solution to this?

The white glass on the back shifts up and down. That's odd!
