how can i transfer videos from my Windows 7 laptop to iTunes then sync it to my iPod 4th Gen? im having a hard time transferring vampire diaries series videos to my ipod.. only some of them were transferred and it did that when i tried syncing photos to my ipod..

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.4

You import them into your iTunes Move library and then sync them to your iPod

You may need a thrid-party progtam to convert them to a compatible formation.

Do the non-syncing ones play in iTunes on the computer?
