HELP! I pre-ordered the Explict version of ARTPOP....

I pre-ordered the explcit version of ARTPOP and the clean (I didin't mean to buy the clean version) but all the songs started to download emeditaely (I am still waiting for a refund: But they wont let me refund Venus for some reason? ANYWAYS The Explicit version hasn't been downloading the songs and still isn't It says Purchased next to the song (Dope) I already bought the other songs but it wont let me buy Dope

please help! 😀
