Applications 'jumping' on multiple desktops in 10.9

hello,

I use multiple desktops (6 exactly) and have all them assigned to cmd + 1-6 for easy switching. After upgrading to 10.9 I noticed strange behavior with apps windows which change desktop they are on. For example app started on 4th screen can change its desktop to 1,2... there is no relation I think. This 'feature' really kills my workflow because I don't use alt+tab to switch apps often.

Is there any switch to cut it off?
