I need to cancel my one on one appointment

If you booked it online then did you get a confirmationemail, and if so does it have a 'cancel' option on it ? Or if you select the store online (http://www.apple.com/retail/) does it give you the option to cancel it ? If not then you could try contacting the store.

My confirmation e mail did not have a cancel option on it. However this worked for me.

Make sure you cancel the appointment on the same device you booked it on.

I made an online 1 to 1 appointment on my Mac air. I was unable to cancel the appointment on my Ipad or my iPhone but when I went to the appointment on my Mac air and signed in to my 1 to 1 the ability to cancel was there near the top of the right hand side.

Try that and see if it works.

I suspect this issue has long since become irrelevant to the OP as their appointment was in November. The second person to ask the question had an appoinment on December 12. Cancelling it now would be a bit beside the point.

Only trying to help, someone may have this issue in the future.
