i can't download tv shows i bought from my mac mini

i cant download tv shows i bought from itunes & it says that the computer is already associated with an apple ID but my mac has only 1 user. anyone can offer solution?

Mac mini (Late 2012), iOS 7.0.3

Are you trying to do this:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

What is the exact wording of the error message?
