Diagnostics check I have connection to internet, iStore conection failed. Help unavailable due to no internet connection! Help
Hi, I have no internet connection via iTunes despite the fact that I am onlin for emails, FB and Google etc., I first discovered this when my automated podcasts alerted me to the issue. As a result I unistalled iTunes twice, and re-installed, I ran diagnostics and discovered that two items were okay (including internet connectivity), but secure connectivity to iStore failed....I clicked on Help to be told that as I had no internet access I could not get help!
I also cannot access iStore or my account for the same reason. Anyone any ideas? Please bear in mind that I am a 67 year pensioner (possibly with ADHD!)struggling with IT and all it's terminology.
I can follow liknks and do what I am asked, but always fall at the "no connectivity" hurdle.
I have checked that Firewall allows iTunes, so I am flummoxed.
