Re-import pictures to my laptop

How do I transfer pictures to my laptop from my iphone that I already transferred? I get a message "No new pictures or videos found on this device" when I try to import them again. I lost the pictures from my laptop and wanted to download them again. All the pictures are still in my Camera Roll on the iphone.

Apple provides no way to do what you want, the photos sync is one-way: Computer to phone. You'll need third-party software to extract these photops from your phone, like this:

TJBUSMC1973 link won't help you.
