New unit doesn't show all options

I just bought a second Apple TV for my bedroom. I bought my first Apple TV about a year ago and have that connected to my living room tv. Both units are 3rd generation. I set up my new unit, however, it doesn't show options like Netflix or Hulu Plus. It doesn't even show "TV Shows" as one of the options! All I have are: movies, Music, Computers, Settings, Apple events (new with 6.0 I believe?), MLB, NHL, YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, WSJ Live, and two I have never heard of: Qello and Crunchyroll. I tried to "restore" to factory settings with no luck. Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?
